Lumination products are engineered with Light-Refraction Technology, allowing our products to a possess a unique, eye-chatching shine. When an external light source (such as the sun or a smartphone flashlight) is present towards the product, the light will be refracted, allowing the product to enable its multi-color luminous pattern. This is a great way to get noticed, defrentiating from ordinary products.
Lumination is based in Frisco, TX. We ship out all of our packages from Frisco, TX or Brooklyn, NY.
All orders totaling $15 or more qualify for free, domestic shipping across the United States. Depending on your order size, your package will be shipped out through USPS First Class Package (3-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or UPS Ground (1-4 business days). During checkout, available shipping options will be displayed automatically. If you'd like your package rushed, we offer Next Day Delivery for $29.99 flat, across the United States.
*For Next Day Delivery orders, your order must be placed before 12:00 PM CST to be delivered on the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays, after 12:00 PM, will be shipped out on Monday. Next Day Delivery will not apply to orders over the weekend, and will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday.
Lumination also offers worldwide shipping. We ship internationally through USPS First Class & Priority Mail International, UPS Standard & Worldwide, and DHL Express. Depending on your location and desired shipping speed, shipping costs will be calculated during checkout.
When you place an order with us, it takes us a few business days to process your order and prepare for transit. Please expect orders placed before 5:00 PM to be shipped out in 1-3 business days. When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS, which will contain a link to track your order. You will also be updated with the progress of your package via email.
The processing stage includes payment verification, holographic coatings/sprays, jewelry polishing, packaging, and much more! Essentially, we put the final touches on the handcrafting portion on your product, and make sure it's ready to travel safely.
The transit time may be different from the delivery time. Your package is not in transit until a shipping carrier picks up your package from our fulfillment center, which usually takes 1-3 business days. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, you will be notified via email and/or SMS. The transit times mentioned above start now, you will receive your package depending on the transit time of your shipping method. You will also be able to track your order with a realtime delivery date. In most cases, it takes between 3-7 business days to receive your order if you reside in the United States.

If you are dissatisfied with your product, Lumination will either replace or refund, at no charge, your product or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. Lumination will review all claims on a case by case basis, and we will respond with a viable solution in terms of our warranty and guarantee. Please note that if you reside in an international country (outside the US), you may be required to cover shipping fees.
To submit a claim and take advantage of our Lumination Guarantee, please send us a email at email@example.com. Please make sure to include your order number, and the products you are looking to apply the guarantee to. Lumination Love Guarantee claims are typically resolved within 24 hours.
Our Lumination Holographic Collection is crafted with polyurethane leather. This means that our products are made 100% free of animal cruelty.
To clean any Lumination Holographic items: sweep off any large dirt particles before wiping the polyurethane leather with a slightly-damp microfiber cloth.
Do NOT expose any Lumination Holographic items to high temperatures as excessive heating may cause irreversible damage to the items. Do NOT use classic leather care products on any Lumination Holographic items due to the sensitive nature of polyurethane leather to wax and oils.
Most importantly, NEVER machine-wash or machine-dry any of our products. Our products are not designed to be machine washed or dried due to the bonding agent found in our material, which contributes to our Light Refraction Technology. Placing any Lumination product in a washing machine or dryer may result in excessive damage to the product. We are not responsible for these damages.
Make sure to avoid contact between the polyurethane leather and sharp objects as this may lead to scratches on the item.
Our Holographic Mask may need to be sterilized from time to time. To do this, we recommend using some form of rubbing alcohol, whether it be a cotton ball dipped in liquid rubbing alcohol, or alcohol wipes. Additionally, Lumination encourages customers to use Clorox or Lysol disinfecting wipes, to help kill viral and bacterial contaminations that may be present on your mask. For regular mask cleaning, please follow the above steps for all products in general.
